PostCity Financial Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial cooperative founded in 1933. It returns profits to its members through better rates and fewer fees, not shareholders. As their graphic designer, I supported their mission by rebranding the credit union, helping redesign their website, and developing print and digital campaigns to increase membership, loans, and account growth.

This Share Certificate campaign, “Savings with a Purpose,” is designed to reward long-time and loyal members, especially legacy members, with competitive savings rates. By encouraging deposits from external funds, members can earn a rate bump up to 0.50% APY. It’s a way to grow savings with confidence and purpose, while honoring those who’ve been part of PostCity’s journey.
To promote this campaign, I created a flyer, an in-office poster, an in-office digital screen, handouts, social media graphics, email graphics, website graphics, Google and Facebook ads, mobile ads, geofencing ads, and statement graphics.

This Auto Loan campaign, “No More Roadblocks,” promotes PostCity’s stress-free Auto Loans by reassuring postal workers that they can get reliable transportation with fair rates, low payments, and flexible terms—even with imperfect credit. To improve the experience, applicants receive a First-Class Ride Kit filled with essentials like a cooling seat cushion, a dash cam, sun safety items, and more. With real approvals and no unnecessary delays, PostCity helps members remove financial roadblocks and confidently drive forward.
